Please be aware that damaged or soiled mattresses are not eligible for a full refund. If your mattress is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can get a replacement mattress out to you.
In order to receive your refund, we will first coordinate with you to donate your mattress or have it picked up for recycling. After it has been determined that your mattress is still in like-new condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
