Your new SmartHouse mattress will arrived expertly roll-packed and packaged in a box! This will make it easy to carry into your bedroom before opening the mattress, however we recommend having help as our mattresses can be very heavy!
Please note that King and Cal King size mattresses may arrive on a custom wooden shipping pallet due to their weight exceeding FedEx Ground limits. The process for unboxing your mattress is the same though.
If you require assistance setting up your mattress, please contact us before ordering and we can discuss options for white-glove delivery. There is an added fee of between $99-$149 for this service, however.
Once we receive your order, it usually ships within 3-5 business days. Currently we use FedEx Ground for most orders, with larger orders shipping via a freight service of our choosing. Once your order leaves our factory, we will update you with tracking info so you can see when your new mattress will arrive!
If you have an special considerations for mattress delivery, please alert us when placing your order and we will do our best to work with FedEx on accommodating you. Please note that once your order leaves our factory, we cannot accommodate special delivery requests!
If you are within the 100 night free trial window, you may request a full refund for any reason. Please contact us by phone or email to initiate your return before your 100 night trial has expired.
Please note that we cannot accept returned mattresses that are damaged or soiled. If you mattress is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.
We will arrange for your mattress to be either donated or recycled. Your mattress will never be re-sold to another consumer. Once your mattress has been donated or recycled, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
